Community Survey

If you're interested in all things web and number crunching, we'd love to hear from you!

We're running a community survey to learn more about how people are interested in using web technologies for numerical and scientific computation. And we'd love to get your input regarding what you identify as the biggest gaps in the numerical JavaScript ecosystem, what applications you're interested in, and where you think the future is headed.

The survey should take about 10-15 minutes and can be found at the following link:

As developers of stdlib, we spend much of our time deep in the weeds, trying to develop performant algorithms and write high quality code. While writing code and solving problems is what we love to do, we recognize that sometimes we need to take a moment and ensure our efforts are aligned with community needs and forward looking vision. And that's why we're running this survey.

Our hope is that, through this survey, we'll gain a better understanding of pain points, gaps, and use cases, which can be tricky to glean from issue trackers and pull requests alone. So, if you have opinions, here is your chance! Take the survey and tell us more! We'd love to hear from you. ❤️
